The Chemistry Olympiad Sri Lanka (COSL) competition is conducted annually by the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon to identify the most talented students in chemistry and foster analytical and problem-solving skills among young minds.

Winners of COSL are recognized as National Chemistry Olympiad Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists. The top four students earn the privilege of representing Sri Lanka at the prestigious International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO).
